Pedestrian Struck, Killed in Rancho Dominguez
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 28, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian accident occurred Thursday morning on South Santa Fe Avenue, just north of Del Amo Boulevard in the Rancho Dominguez area.
The deadly crash occurred at around 5:30 a.m. in the 19500 block of S. Santa Fe Avenue in Los Angeles County, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
A driver struck the victim in the roadway, but there are no further details at this time. The identity of the person who died has not been released, pending notification of their next of kin.
The Los Angeles Police Department is heading up the investigation into the cause of the Rancho Dominguez pedestrian accident as well as liability for the person’s death.
