Woman Killed in Crash at Pomona Intersection
POMONA, Calif. (March 22, 2023) – A 50-year-old woman died in a Pomona pedestrian accident at Holt Avenue and Hershey Street.
A driver in a pickup truck reportedly hit the woman around 9:26 p.m. at the Pomona intersection, police said.
The Pomona Police Department responded and located the injured woman in the roadway on Holt Avenue, just west of Hershey Street.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department sent paramedics, but sadly they were unable to save the woman and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation, police said.
