
Pedestrian Killed in Crash Near Sea World
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (April 4, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened Tuesday night on Sea World Drive near the amusement park in San Diego.
A driver in a Honda Fit reportedly struck a man who was allegedly “dancing” in the eastbound lane of Sea World Drive, just east of West Mission Bay Drive.
The collision occurred at around 9 p.m., on April 2nd, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Upon impact, the pedestrian was thrown into a different lane where a driver in a Toyota Camry struck him and then the car was rear-ended by a minivan.
Unfortunately, the unidentified pedestrian died before an ambulance could transport him to a hospital.
Investigators are working to determine liability for the separate collisions.
