Motorcyclist Killed in Traffic Crash in Santa Ana
SANTA ANA, Calif. (April 11, 2024) – A fatal motorcycle crash happened Tuesday night on Bristol Street at Central Avenue in Santa Ana.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9th, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
The motorcyclist was reportedly heading north on Bristol Street when a southbound vehicle began to turn left towards Central Avenue and into the rider’s path. The motorcycle crashed into the vehicle and the rider sustained major injuries.
Paramedics transported the injured man to a hospital, but he later died, police said. The man’s identity will be released after his relatives are notified.
The driver in the other vehicle stopped and cooperated with authorities and the investigation into what happened.
