Semi-Truck v. Dodge Charger in Crash on Grimes Canyon Road
FILLMORE, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2022) — A semi-truck crashed into a green Dodge Charger on Grimes Canyon Road (Highway 23) as it attempted to turn into a driveway leading to the Grimes Rock Inc. quarry.
The two-vehicle crash occurred in the southbound lanes about 7:26 a.m. on Oct. 21st, at the entrance to Grimes Rock Inc., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Ventura County Fire Department responded to the scene to help those injured in the crash, but there are no further details.
A tow truck removed the damaged Dodge from the crash scene.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Fillmore truck accident on Grimes Canyon Road.
