Tractor, Minivan Crash on Blythe Avenue in Fresno
FRESNO, Calif. (August 31, 2021) — A Fresno tractor accident happened Tuesday afternoon on South Blythe Avenue.
A driver in a Toyota minivan attempted to pass the slower-moving tractor in an unsafe manner and the two vehicles collided.
Additionally, the collision happened about 12:04 p.m. on August 31st, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Subsequently, the minivan hit the tractor, then crashed into a fence and a power pole, the CHP dispatch report said.
The minivan suffered both front and rear damage in the crash. No word on the condition of the tractor.
The vehicles both required tow trucks to remove them from the scene.
Paramedics responded due to minor injuries suffered by at least one of the people involved. The report stated that one man was bleeding from his head.
Investigators seek to determine liability for the tractor accident on Blythe Avenue.
Witnesses may contact authorities with the California Highway Patrol.
