Truck Collides With Vehicles on Interstate 5 Freeway in Griffith Park
GRIFFITH PARK, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2022) – A big rig truck collided with two vehicles on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Griffith Park
The truck jackknifed on the northbound side of the freeway and blocked two lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person was injured in the 5:30 p.m. crash at Los Feliz Boulevard.
Paramedics responded and transported one person to a hospital, the CHP reported. Authorities also issued a SigAlert at 6 p.m.
By 7:42 p.m., the roadway was clear and the SigAlert was canceled.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash and liability.
