2-Vehicle Crash on Hwy 50 at Old Meyers Grade Road
ECHO LAKE, Calif. (April 11, 2022) — Two vehicles traveling on Highway 50 crashed head-on Monday afternoon near Old Meyers Grade Road in the Echo Lake area of South Lake Tahoe.
The crash happened about 1:13 p.m. on April 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a white SUV and a brown Honda CRV collided when one veered into the path of the other vehicle at a curve in the roadway.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured in the crash.
It’s unknown at this time how many people occupied the two vehicles at the time of the Highway 50 crash.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault.
