
LIVERMORE, Calif. (Dec. 7, 2022) — A head-on crash happened Wednesday morning on North Vasco Road near Republic Landfill in Livermore.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 6:39 a.m. on Dec. 7th, just south of Republic Landfill, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a Chevrolet and a Toyota are involved in the accident. One of the vehicles sustained major left-side damage and the other had major front-end damage, police said.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person who suffered injuries in the Livermore crash, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, tow trucks came to remove both of the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
The road reopened to traffic by 7:03 a.m.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Livermore crash on North Vasco Road.
Witnesses may contact the California Highway Patrol.
