Corona Man Riding Motorcycle Killed in La Mesa Crash
LA MESA, Calif. (June 8, 2021) — Jeffrey Roach, 30, of Corona, died in a La Mesa motorcycle accident at Dallas Street and Fletcher Parkway.
The 30-year-old Corona man was driving his motorcycle together with a friend on June 2nd. They were heading to a gathering of motorcyclists in the La Mesa area. Jeffrey Roach was traveling northbound on Fletcher Parkway when a driver in an SUV turned in front of the bike onto Fletcher Parkway.
The two vehicles collided and the motorcycle rider was ejected from his bike. Meanwhile, the driver of the SUV stopped and called 911.

Paramedics responded and transported the injured man to Sharp Memorial Hospital. Despite “aggressive resuscitation efforts,” his death was pronounced at the hospital, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner.
Police stated the driver in the SUV cooperated with investigators after the La Mesa motorcycle crash, police said.
