Woman Killed in Rialto Crash
RIALTO, Calif. (July 8, 2022) — Joaquina Ballina-Peralta, 48, of San Bernardino, died in a collision at North Pepper Avenue and Baseline Road in Rialto.
The collision occurred about 10:39 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29th, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The report stated that the Rialto Police Department responded to the intersection for a traffic collision. A passenger from the vehicle involved suffered major injuries during the accident.
Paramedics responded and rushed Joaquina Ballina-Peralta to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The next day, she died at the hospital at 11:11 a.m., the coroner report said.
