2-Vehicle Car Accident on Redwood Highway (US 101)
KLAMATH, Calif. (March 22, 2024) — Three people were injured in a head-on crash in Klamath on Highway 101, just north of the DeMartin Campsite.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 9:15 a.m. on March 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
The drivers of a black Ford F-150 pickup truck and a Volvo sedan were involved.
CHP officials responded to the scene and located three people with injuries. One had complaints of neck pain, another had a spine injury and the third had general complaints of pain, the report said.
Two ambulances transported the injured to a hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile, authorities had the roadway closed down and tow trucks removed the Volvo and the pickup truck from the highway.
Investigators are working to determine liability for the Klamath crash on Highway 101.
