Rollover Collision on State Route 202 at Tamaron Drive in Tehachapi
TEHACHAPI, Calif. (May 2, 2024) — A rollover crash in Tehachapi happened Thursday morning on West Valley Boulevard also known as State Route 202.
The collision occurred at Tamaron Drive around 7:02 a.m. on May 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Honda Fit and a gray or white sedan were involved. The light-colored sedan overturned onto its roof and one person became trapped.
Meanwhile, at least one person was injured in the crash and required paramedics, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles for evidence and the roadway was cleared of debris.
Finally, investigators are working to determine fault for the Tehachapi crash on Valley Boulevard.
