LOMA LINDA, Calif. (Nov. 23, 2021) — A multi-vehicle Loma Linda crash happened Tuesday on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just west of Tippecanoe Avenue.
The collision happened about 8:47 a.m. on Nov. 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported a driver in a red 2012 Lexus sedan reportedly passed a big rig truck on the left side and set off a chain-reaction crash between the truck and a gray Nissan sedan.
The vehicles blocked the middle lanes of the freeway, police said. Also, a black car was stopped in the center divider following the crash.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with injuries in the Nissan. The number of people hurt is not mentioned in the CHP report.
