MALIBU: Crash on Pacific Coast Highway at Deer Creek Road

MALIBU, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2023) — A two-vehicle crash in Malibu on Monday happened on Pacific Coast Highway at Deer Creek Road.

The collision occurred about 1:54 p.m. on Feb. 20th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The CHP reported the drivers of a blue pickup truck and a Porsche were involved. The vehicles were in the northbound lanes of PCH with one facing the wrong way, police said.

At least one person suffered injuries and the Ventura County Fire Department responded. It’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized at this time.

However, a tow truck removed the Porsche due to heavy, front-end damage.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Malibu crash on Pacific Coast Highway.
