Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Harbor 110 Freeway
CARSON, Calif. (April 23, 2024) — A motorcycle rider was injured in a car accident Tuesday on the Harbor 110 Freeway, just north of Torrance Boulevard in Carson.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 7:47 a.m. on April 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the vehicles were blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the 110 Freeway with the motorcyclist down in traffic lanes.
The report stated the motorcycle was rear-ended by a white Chevrolet Impala sedan.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured rider who stated “I can’t feel my arms,” the report said.
Police issued a SigAlert for roughly 45 minutes and investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 110 Freeway.
Finally, a tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the roadway.
