Motorcyclist, Car Collide on Highway 101 in Carpinteria
CARPINTERIA, Calif. (April 24, 2024) — A motorcycle accident on Highway 101 happened Wednesday morning near the Santa Claus Lane off ramp in Carpinteria.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at around 7:44 a.m. on April 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist and a black Ford Fusion sedan were involved in the accident. It’s unknown at this time what caused the two motorists to collided.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person with injuries and the motorcycle was towed from the freeway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Carpinteria motorcycle accident on Highway 101.
