Motorcycle Rider Suffers Major Injuries in a Temecula Crash
TEMECULA, Calif. (May 24, 2022) — A motorcycle accident happened Tuesday morning on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway at Temecula Parkway also known as State Route 79.
The major-injury collision occurred about 6:25 a.m. on May 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcycle rider went down near the center divider of the freeway, across from the Temecula Creek Golf Club. Four motorists pulled over and stopped to assist the rider.
CAL Fire Riverside firefighters responded to the scene of the Temecula motorcycle accident to help the injured rider.
The motorcyclist reportedly suffered major injuries in the crash. Paramedics rushed the person to a hospital for further treatment, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, investigators remained on scene to piece together evidence and witness statements in an effort to determine fault for the two-vehicle crash.
