3-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101 at Rengstorff Avenue in Mountain View
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (Sept. 2, 2022) — A Mountain View crash involving three vehicles happened Friday morning on Highway 101 near the Rengstorff Avenue off ramp.
The collision occurred in the southbound lanes about 7:32 a.m. on Sept. 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say the drivers of a Toyota Prius, a black Tesla and a blue Chevrolet Cruze are involved.
All three vehicles suffered major front-end damage in the collision. The Nos. 1 to 4 lanes of the highway are blocked by vehicles.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured in the crash.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the crash.
