Major Injury Crash on Road 16, Highway 152 in Chowchilla
CHOWCHILLA, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2022) — A multi-vehicle Chowchilla crash happened Thursday on Road 16, just north of Highway 152.
The 3-vehicle crash occurred about 6:48 a.m. on Oct. 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Also, one of the vehicles overturned and landed back on its wheels, the CHP report said. It’s unclear what led up to the collision at this time.
Paramedics with CalFire responded to help those hurt in the Chowchilla crash on Highway 152.
They transported at least one person with major injuries to a hospital, but there are no further details.
Two of the vehicles required a tow truck due to heavy damage.
Finally, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault.
