Minor Injury Collision on Northbound Highway 99
ATWATER, California (April 8, 2024) — A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound Highway 99 involving minor injuries happened Monday morning in Atwater.
The collision, which involved at least three vehicles, happened at around 7 a.m. on April 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a gray Cadillac sedan, a burgundy truck and a brown Toyota Corolla were among the vehicles involved in the crash. The CHP said other vehicles may have been involved.
The vehicles collided in the fast lane of the freeway due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics from Cal Fire responded to help those injured, but there were no serious injuries reported at this time.
The cause of the Atwater crash on Highway 99 as well as liability remain undetermined.
