1 Killed in Collision at Indian Avenue and Markham Street Wednesday
Perris, CA (September 8, 2021) – One person died and another suffered injuries following a car accident in the area of Indian Avenue and Markham Street Wednesday evening.
UPDATED: Driver killed in Perris crash identified
The Riverside County Fire Department reported a solo-vehicle crashed while traveling in the streets of Perris. Our sources indicated the catastrophic incident took place around 10:20 p.m. at the intersection of Indian and Markham.
When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found one person unconscious. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died.

Authorities added a second person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. An ambulance transported the patient to a local hospital for treatment.
Pending confirmation, the names of the deceased and the injured party remained undisclosed.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the fatal car accident in Perris happened.
