Multi-Vehicle Collision on the Interstate 580 Freeway
PLEASANTON, Calif. (Feb. 14, 2024) — A multi-vehicle happened Wednesday morning on the westbound Interstate 580 Freeway, just east of the Dougherty Road off ramp in Pleasanton.
The collision occurred on the I-580 at around 9:52 a.m. on Feb. 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a white sedan, a black Acura SUV and a tan Toyota SUV were involved.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person with minor injuries, but there are no further details at this time.
Tow trucks responded and removed the Toyota with moderate left-side damage, white sedan with front and rear-end damage and a black Acura SUV with moderate left rear-end damage.
Finally, traffic investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Pleasanton crash on the 580 Freeway.
