Major Injury Crash at Road 208 and Avenue 112 in Porterville
PORTERVILLE, Calif. (August 25, 2022) — A major injury Porterville crash occurred Thursday morning at Road 208 and Avenue 112 between two motorists.
The collision happened about 5:45 a.m. on August 25th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say seven people were injured in the collision between a silver 2006 Ford Fusion and a second vehicle on Road 208, just south of Avenue 112.
Also, the Tulare County Fire Department responded and reportedly transported six people by ground ambulances and one person with major injuries by air ambulance to Kaweah Health Medical Center, the report said.
Meanwhile, tow trucks responded to remove both of the vehicles from the roadway.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the collision.
