Robert Goodlander Fatal Pedestrian Accident Baseline Road in Rancho Cucamonga

Man, 67, Killed in Collision on Baseline Road

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (March 13, 2024) — Robert Goodlander, 67, of Rancho Cucamonga, died Saturday night in a pedestrian accident on Baseline Road in Rancho Cucamonga.

The collision at approximately 9:34 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner and Police Dept.

John Lee, 58, from Rancho Cucamonga, struck the victim with his Toyota RAV 4 SUV in the 9600 block of Baseline Road, just west of Archibald Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga.

Paramedics responded and rushed the injured man to San Antonio Regional Medical Center where he later died from his injuries at 10:27 p.m., the report said.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is heading up the investigation into liability for the pedestrian accident on Baseline Road.
