Hemet Woman, 20, Killed in Crash on Warren Road
HEMET, Calif. (November 20, 2022) – Rochelle Thompson, 20, of Hemet, died in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night about a quarter mile south of South Warren Road and Esplanade Avenue in Hemet.
The head-on crash occurred about 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20th, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
It’s unknown at this time what led up to the dark gray Subaru Outback and a second vehicle colliding, but one of them overturned onto its roof during the crash, according to an article published by My News LA.
Paramedics responded and pronounced Rochelle Thompson deceased on scene. It’s unknown if other people suffered injuries at this time.
Meanwhile, the CHP closed down Warren Road at Esplanade Avenue due to the crash and subsequent investigation.
The California Highway Patrol – San Gorgonio is heading up the investigation.
