Semi-Truck, Car in Crash on I-80 Freeway in Roseville
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (March 30, 2023) — A big rig truck and a car were in a crash on the Interstate 80 Freeway in Roseville Thursday near the Atlantic Street off ramp.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the westbound lanes around 12:17 p.m. on March 30th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
It’s unknown at this time what led up to the collision in the No. 2 lane of the freeway. The silver Toyota Cmary wound up sideways and underneath the semi-truck, the report said.
Meanwhile, paramedics from the Roseville Fire Department responded to help at least one person with minor injuries.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Roseville truck crash.
