Motorcyclist Injured in Crash with Lexus on State Route 85
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Nov. 10, 2022) — A 3-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Highway 85 happened Thursday morning near Camden Avenue in San Jose.
The multi-vehicle crash occurred about 9:38 a.m. on Nov. 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the collision in the northbound No. 1 lane of Highway 85.
The drivers of a green Lexus RX350, a white Subaru Crosstrek and a fully dressed blue Yamaha motorcycle collided due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded and transported the injured motorcycle rider to a hospital for treatment of major injuries, police said.
Meanwhile, a flatbed tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Motorcycle crash on Highway 85.
