Pickup, Semi-Truck Crash on Interstate 280 Freeway in San Jose
San Jose, Calif. (April 5, 2022) — A two-vehicle, San Jose truck accident happened on the Interstate 280 Freeway Tuesday morning at Highway 101.
The crash occurred in the southbound lanes at 12:50 p.m. on April 5th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the crash in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the I-280 Freeway.
The drivers of a green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a big rig collided due to unknown circumstances.
The San Jose Fire Department responded to help the pickup truck driver who suffered a left arm injury.
It’s unknown what caused the San Jose truck accident, but police are investigating.
