Major Injury in Solo Santa Clarita Crash
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (Oct. 17, 2022) – Two people were critically injured when their vehicle crashed into a utility pole on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway near Via Princessa in Santa Clarita.
The crash happened about 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16th in the southbound lanes of the Antelope Valley Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported a witness saw the vehicle swerving prior to the crash. Also, the vehicle may have went off the road at the Via Princessa off-ramp.
Paramedics responded to help two people with major injuries, according to the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
