Head-on Crash on Sonoma Highway 12 in Santa Rosa
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (May 9, 2022) — A head-on crash between a school bus and a car happened on Highway 12 near the Ledson Winery and historic castle.
The crash occurred in the westbound lanes of Highway 12 about 9:30 a.m. on May 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a brown Nissan Rogue sedan and the county school bus collided when one veered in front of the other vehicle.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured in the crash.
Investigators are working on the cause of the collision and liability.
