SELMA, Calif. (Dec. 9, 2022) — A Selma pedestrian accident happened Thursday morning at Floral Avenue and Wright Street.
The traffic collision occurred just after 8 a.m. on Dec. 8th, according to ABC 30 News.
A driver in a car reportedly struck a woman at the intersection due to unknown circumstances. Paramedics responded and transported the injured woman to a hospital in unknown condition. Police did not release the woman’s name, age or city of residence.
Meanwhile, the motorist involved stopped and cooperated with the police investigators.
Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the pedestrian accident and will determine fault.
Also, authorities do not suspect drugs and alcohol are a factor in the Selma accident on Floral Avenue.
