Woman Killed in Crash with Fire Vehicle Identified
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (June 8, 2022) — Susie Swanson, 60, of Victorville, died Friday afternoon in a collision with a San Bernardino County Fire Department vehicle.
The deadly crash occurred about 2:58 p.m. on Friday, June 3rd, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
Susie Swanson was a restrained passenger in a vehicle that collided with the fire vehicle. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the crash and the coroner report did not provide the location where it happened.
Paramedics called for an air ambulance to transport the injured woman to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Sadly, she later died from her injuries at the hospital.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Victorville is conducting the traffic investigation.
