Passenger on Polaris Razor Killed in Perris Car Crash
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (June 3, 2021) — A Polaris Razor crash in Perris left a 16-year-old Perris boy and another person with major injuries.
Now the teenager has died at the hospital five days after the Polaris and car collided at Bradley Road and Rider Street in Perris.
The fatal crash happened about 12:34 p.m. on Sunday, May 23rd, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies with the Sheriff’s Department’s Perris Station responded to intersection of Bradley Road and Rider Street.
The drivers of a Polaris Razor and a Toyota Camry collided and both the driver and passenger of the Polaris suffered major injuries.
Meanwhile, paramedics provided life saving measures and transported both people to a local hospital. However, a few days later on May 28, 2021, the passenger died at the hospital. The report did not mention how the driver of the Polaris is doing.
The identity of the passenger is listed on the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department website. Additionally, the family has a GoFund Me site to help cover the teenager’s medical and funeral costs.
The Perris Station Traffic Bureau is heading up the investigation into liability for the collision.
