Motorcyclist Injured in Traffic Accident in Thousand Palms
THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. (March 29, 2024) — A motorcycle and another vehicle were involved in an accident on Ramon Road and Shadow Mountain Lane in Thousand Palms.
The major injury crash occurred at around 7:12 a.m. on March 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorists collided in the eastbound lanes of Ramon Road due to unknown circumstances. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the collision, but it appears the driver of the other vehicle stopped and is cooperating with authorities.
Paramedics from Cal Fire responded to help the injured motorcyclist. The person was transported to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on Ramon Road in Thousand Palms.
