Major Injury Collision on East Keyes Road
KEYES, Calif. (March 18, 2024) — At least one person had major injuries after a crash on East Keyes Road between a yellow work truck and a orange Kubota tractor in Keyes.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in front of 2637 E. Keyes Rd., at around 7:31 a.m. on March 18th, just south of Ceres and Modesto, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police and paramedics responded to the scene and located the pickup with major front-end damage and catching on fire. A pole was also knocked over at the crash scene.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported at least one person to a hospital with major injuries, but there are no further details at this time.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the truck versus tractor crash on Keyes Road.
