Rollover Crash on the I-80 Freeway in Vallejo
VALLEJO, Calif. (August 24, 2022) — A two-vehicle Vallejo crash on the Interstate 80 Freeway happened Wednesday morning, just west of the Redwood Parkway off ramp.
The collision happened in the eastbound lanes of the I-80 Freeway about 11:57 a.m. on August 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Audi or similar sedan and a white Ford SUV that overturned onto its roof.
The Vallejo Fire Department responded to the scene to help those injured in the collision, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, two tow trucks responded to remove the damaged vehicles from the crash site.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
