Major Injury Crash on Highway 101 in San Jose, California
SAN JOSE, Calif. (July 6, 2022) — A San Jose crash on northbound Highway 101 happened Wednesday morning near Old Bayshore Highway.
The collision occurred about 8 a.m. on July 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a green 1995 Acura Integra sedan and a yellow Toyota sedan collided and both overturned onto their sides near the shoulder of the freeway.
The San Jose Fire Department responded to help those injured in the collision. They transported at least one person with major injuries to a hospital for further treatment.
Tow trucks came to remove both of the damaged vehicles.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the collision.
