Arizona Man, 58, Killed in Needles Crash
NEEDLES, Calif. (April 1, 2024) — Edwin David Disbrow, 58, of Kingman Arizona, died in a crash with a semi-truck on the Interstate 40 Freeway in Needles, just south of US Route 95 near the California-Arizona border.
The two-vehicle crash occurred on the Needles Freeway at around 9:20 a.m. on March 15th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the semi-truck T-boned the dark gray Nissan Titan pickup due to unknown circumstances.
At least one person died in the crash and a child was seriously injured and airlifted to a hospital for further treatment, the report said.
Caltrans closed down the East Broadway Street off ramp due to the crash.
Tow trucks removed the semi-truck due to major front-end damage and the Nissan due to heavy damage.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the truck accident on Highway 40 in Needles.
