4-Vehicle Folsom Car Accident on Highway 50
FOLSOM, Calif. (March 7, 2024) — A multi-vehicle crash in Folsom happened Thursday morning on the westbound Highway 50, just east of East Bidwell Street.
The four-vehicle collision occurred at around 8:51 a.m. on March 7th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black 2023 Tesla Model S, a silver Ford Focus, a silver Mercedes Benz and a black BMW were involved. The vehicles collided in the Nos. 2 and 3 lanes of the highway.
Paramedics from the Sacramento Fire Department responded to help at least one person with minor injuries from the crash.
Tow trucks removed the Tesla and two other vehicles from the roadway.
Finally, investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 50 in Folsom.
