Minor Injury Collision in Humboldt County
HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (March 8, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Friday morning at Myrtle Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue in Myrtletown, Humboldt County.
The collision occurred at around 8:08 a.m. on March 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a Chevrolet Suburban SUV and a Ford Mustang sedan were involved, but it’s unknown what led up to the accident.
Paramedics responded to help at least one driver with minor injuries and they transported the person to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the Mustang from the roadway due to major front-end damage from the collision.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Myrtletown car accident on Myrtle Avenue.
